Customer Support Agent (German)

Working models: Hybrid in Athens or Remote from anywhere in Greece
Salary Details:

• Hybrid Option: 1300 EUR gross/month
• Remote Option: 1200 EUR gross/month
• Bonus Potential: Earn up to 15% extra annually based on performance
• Anniversary Reward: 500 EUR gross after one year of service

What Youll Do

Become part of our dynamic team as a Customer Support Agent! Utilize your enthusiasm for sports and your knack for solving problems to deliver exceptional service to our customers through calls, chats, messages, and emails.

Key Duties:

• Manage incoming communications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
• Use available tools to deliver clear, accurate, and thorough information.
• Achieve individual and team goals, including case-handling quotas.
• Keep organized records of all customer interactions, account details, and documents.
• Adhere to communication protocols and company service guidelines.

What Were Looking For:

• A true sports lover (preferably with a passion for cycling).
• Proficient in both support language and English (verbal and written).
• Strong active listening skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in resolving customer concerns efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of client personalities and deliver personalized service.

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 20:00
