Utilising the breadth of your generalist HR experience and building strong stakeholder relationships throughout your region and central services teams, you will:

  • Lead people & culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy

  • Use your ability to coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability

  • Take a balanced, pragmatic and human centered approach to complex IR and ER matters

  • Bring a deep understanding of how to interpret and apply industrial instruments

  • Drive transformational change; this role will see you collaborating on a range of projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and ensure success and sustainability of new practices

  • Be the valued partner to your key stakeholders with an adaptable style that builds strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.

  • Facilitate workshops, training and education to home-based employees at all levels in a creative, and interactive way that makes learning fun.

The traits that will help you succeed

  • Your pragmatic approach and curiosity to understand issues below the surface level.

  • Your genuine care for people and doing the right thing

  • Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role and experience working in a shared service model

  • Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership

  • Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders

  • Experience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders implement change

  • Confidence to facilitate training and leadership workshops

  • Demonstrated ability in navigating complex ER matters within best practice framework

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
