About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our client's team and lead Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across multiple regions. In this role, you will oversee audit operations, ensure accurate and timely resolution of audit exceptions, monitor team performance against customer metrics, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients. You will also manage workflows, support process improvements, maintain documentation, and coach team members to promote consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Oversee the execution of audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritize team tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct regular planning sessions using KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.
  • Monitor performance against customer metrics and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Serve as an escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, providing timely resolutions and follow-up.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across operations.
  • Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions in SharePoint or other standard repositories.
  • Participate in audit reviews, team meetings, and performance discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Promote a positive team environment and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in audit, logistics, finance, or operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant software, systems, and ERP/MRP platforms.
  • Experience in logistics or financial analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive, dependable, and results-oriented approach.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
