The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful Global Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Global Solutions portfolio. You’ll help ensure accommodations are guest-ready by coordinating utilities, parking, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, vendors, and property relationships.

What You’ll Do
Accommodation Readiness & Operations
- Coordinate utility setup and activation for new accommodations and manage service changes, disconnections, Wi-Fi upgrades, and internet-related issues
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, arrivals, and departures to support accommodation readiness
- Review inspection reports, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on deficiencies before guest arrival whenever possible
- Monitor maintenance and service requests and coordinate with vendors and property management to ensure timely resolution
- Manage guest parking arrangements, reservations, usage, departure notifications, and supporting billing records
- Track accommodation readiness, cleanliness, utilities, parking, and other operational activities in Salesforce and designated systems
- Escalate readiness concerns or unresolved issues that could negatively impact the guest experience
Vendor & Property Coordination
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with property management teams, housekeeping providers, utility companies, maintenance vendors, and parking partners
- Coordinate vendor access to properties, including Certificates of Insurance, elevator reservations, and service scheduling
- Ensure building requirements, policies, and access procedures are followed
- Partner with property management and service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain accommodation readiness
- Collaborate with Accounting to support accurate parking billing and resolve discrepancies
- Work across Guest Services, Operations, Global Leasing, Accounting, and other teams to support seamless operations and effective handoffs
Workflow, Reporting & Teamwork
- Use Salesforce cases, operational dashboards, reports, and other tools to organize daily priorities and manage workload
- Monitor assigned tasks and service requests to ensure timelines and company standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities and service resolutions
- Provide timely status updates and handoffs related to accommodation readiness, inspections, and service recovery
- Maintain independent ownership of assigned tasks and communicate timelines, roadblocks, and deadlines to the Global Solutions Manager
- Collaborate with colleagues and vendors through timely, professional communication
- Participate in weekend and holiday operational coverage as needed, including monitoring accommodation readiness, coordinating corrective actions, escalating urgent guest-impacting issues, and providing clear handoff documentation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, global mobility, serviced accommodations, relocation services, property management, or operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Salesforce, Oscar, or similar operational platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and with external partners
- Ability to learn and adapt to company-specific software and systems
- Flexibility to participate in weekend and holiday operational coverage as business needs require
Additional Details
- This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position
- This position is fully remote
- Assigned schedule will be Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM ET
- Weekend and holiday operational coverage is required as needed in accordance with departmental coverage schedules and company policy
- A reliable internet connection and home workspace that supports focused, professional work during scheduled hours are required
- The role requires frequent computer use and regular phone or virtual communication with colleagues, vendors, and other partners
