The Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful Global Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Global Solutions portfolio. You’ll help ensure accommodations are guest-ready by coordinating utilities, parking, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, vendors, and property relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams, properties, and external partners to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Accommodation Readiness & Operations

  • Coordinate utility setup and activation for new accommodations and manage service changes, disconnections, Wi-Fi upgrades, and internet-related issues
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, arrivals, and departures to support accommodation readiness
  • Review inspection reports, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on deficiencies before guest arrival whenever possible
  • Monitor maintenance and service requests and coordinate with vendors and property management to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage guest parking arrangements, reservations, usage, departure notifications, and supporting billing records
  • Track accommodation readiness, cleanliness, utilities, parking, and other operational activities in Salesforce and designated systems
  • Escalate readiness concerns or unresolved issues that could negatively impact the guest experience

Vendor & Property Coordination

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with property management teams, housekeeping providers, utility companies, maintenance vendors, and parking partners
  • Coordinate vendor access to properties, including Certificates of Insurance, elevator reservations, and service scheduling
  • Ensure building requirements, policies, and access procedures are followed
  • Partner with property management and service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain accommodation readiness
  • Collaborate with Accounting to support accurate parking billing and resolve discrepancies
  • Work across Guest Services, Operations, Global Leasing, Accounting, and other teams to support seamless operations and effective handoffs

Workflow, Reporting & Teamwork

  • Use Salesforce cases, operational dashboards, reports, and other tools to organize daily priorities and manage workload
  • Monitor assigned tasks and service requests to ensure timelines and company standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities and service resolutions
  • Provide timely status updates and handoffs related to accommodation readiness, inspections, and service recovery
  • Maintain independent ownership of assigned tasks and communicate timelines, roadblocks, and deadlines to the Global Solutions Manager
  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors through timely, professional communication
  • Participate in weekend and holiday operational coverage as needed, including monitoring accommodation readiness, coordinating corrective actions, escalating urgent guest-impacting issues, and providing clear handoff documentation

What You Bring

  • Experience with Salesforce, Oscar, or similar operational platforms preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and with external partners
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company-specific software and systems
  • Flexibility to participate in weekend and holiday operational coverage as business needs require
