Your role in this mission: We are seeking an experienced Visa Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and scalable visa operations for our global clients, helping organizations move talent across borders effortlessly.

This is a full-time position starting with an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

🎯 What you will do:

• Ensure accurate and timely visa delivery, free of errors or typos.

• Research and monitor changes in global visa regulations, keeping processes up to date.

• Support growing visa volumes driven by new partnerships and enterprise client launches.

• Help design and implement scalable visa processes to support WorkFlex’s growth.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)

• 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: business travel visas, immigration law, consular or visa service center work (e.g. VFS, TLS, BLS), or a legal/visa-related role.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — for client-facing emails and occasional phone interactions.

• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills to ensure efficient visa processing.

• A passion for working in international teams and an affinity for tech-driven environments.
