As a Trust & Safety Representative, you'll be the first line of defence for our community. You'll review flagged content across in-app messages, user profiles, and safety reports, and take the right action to keep Timeleft a place people trust.
This is a remote freelance position, working Tuesday to Saturday from 09:00–18:00 PHT (including a one-hour break). It suits someone with sound judgement under pressure, the emotional resilience to handle sensitive content, and a real sense of ownership over keeping our community safe.
Preliminary questions - You will receive a short list of questions to answer. This step helps un evaluate your motivation and basic Trust & Safety background.
Introduction Call (15min) - A conversation with Trust & Safety Manager to introduce the company, the role, and learn more about you.
Case Study - Practical exercise to evaluate your skills.
Final Interview (30-45min)- A conversation with Trust & Safety Manager to assess further your skills and culture fit with the team and the company.
