Role Overview


We are seeking a Data Management Analyst who combines strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a passion for data quality. This role will play a key part in maintaining, enriching, and optimizing business-critical information while supporting automation, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping organizations build scalable, reliable, and efficient data management processes.


  • Location: Remote position within LATAM.
  • Contract Duration: Long-term
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English

What you'll do

  • Maintain, enrich, and manage critical business information across multiple enterprise platforms and systems.
  • Review, validate, and improve information quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding of new products, services, or business records by validating and enriching data before deployment.
  • Research, source, and validate information from internal and external sources.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and perform audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to track operational performance and data quality indicators.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective data solutions.
  • Support governance initiatives, documentation efforts, and the adoption of data management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using SQL, spreadsheets, data transformation tools, and
  • AI-assisted technologies.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data reliability, and process scalability.
  • Train and support users on reporting tools, data standards, and governance practices.


What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Operations, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or related fields.
  • Experience maintaining and validating large volumes of structured business information.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and information lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Experience documenting processes, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
