About the Position:

The HR Manager (Global) – fully remote from Philippine, will mainly be responsible for the full end to end recruitment function, from drafting job advisements, posting advertisements, screening, selection & assessment, and appointment short listed applicants. The position will also be required to ‘head hunt’ suitable talent across the various global markets and build a robust talent pipeline. The position will play a supportive role to the various Managers and Heads of Departments by ensuring the Company attracts and retain top talent thereby ensuring organisationals goals and staffing needs are met.

 

Ideal Applicant Profile

The position will suit a recruitment-driven HR professional with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, from sourcing to offer. The ideal applicant will be a strong headhunter, actively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, and skilled at building talent pipelines to support continuous team growth. Beyond recruitment, the role takes ownership of core HR operations as a standalone function, including payroll coordination, leave and sick day tracking, contracts, and compliance. This is an opportunity for someone ready to own both hiring and HR end to end in a fast-growing international company.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

Recruitment - Oversee and manage the entire recruitment function in conjunction.

Talent Pool - Ensure a readily available screened and shortlisted talent pool is available to fill vacant positions on short notice; Proactive head hunt talent globally and identify potential talent for future vacant position.

Job Posting & Sourcing - Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and the Company career page (BambooHR).

Screening & Interviewing - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interview processes with managers and assist in interview training for the various Managers. Oversee and manage the appointment process.

Assessments - Oversee and manage the skills assessments. Ensure assessment practices are kept up to date and aligned to current job specifications; Assist in designing new assessment case studies

Data Management - Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and skills assessment platforms

Manager Collaboration - Work closely with Managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition

Onboarding - Oversee the onboarding process of new employees to ensure the smooth of transition into the Company
HR Support - Draft new employment contracts for new hires; Ensure the company’s HR management system remains up to date by loading new employees, uploading of employee documents, creation, and deletion if employee profiles Oversee the management of the time attendance system.  Serve as point of contact for all employees and provide the required HR assistance and support.
Payroll & Compensation - Prepare and process monthly payroll (salaries, commissions, overtime, deductions), Administer salary reviews, bonus cycles, and commission reconciliation with sales data.
Attendance & Leave Management - Record and track sick days, annual leave, unpaid leave, Maintain the leave calendar and approve/flag overlapping absences, 
Employee Lifecycle - Handle probation reviews, confirmations, and extensions (e.g. your 30/60/90 SDR plans), Manage offboarding: resignation processing, exit interviews, visa cancellation, equipment return.
Reporting - Produce monthly HR dashboards: headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll cost


 Qualifications & Work Experience

- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Four to five years of end to end in recruitment/ talent acquisition experience sourcing for multiple roles at the same time;  

- Recruitment experience with a variety of job profiles/roles at the same time, not just with ‘professional’ and/or ‘highly skilled positions. 

- Experience with ‘head hunting’, using LinkedIn for this purpose and building talent pipelines.

 

 Skills:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices

- Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Google Suite

 - A skill full ‘Head Hunter’ and using LinkedIn for this purpose.
