Job description

About the job
Windsor.ai was founded in 2017 in ZΓΌrich, Switzerland. We connect data from 300+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude). Our customers include Puma, Audi, UBS, Asics, and many more.

There is more data being generated in the world every day, but the number of tools is also increasing, so data must be kept up to date across many systems. We solve that problem with a no-code data integration platform that connects any source to any destination.

Role: We are looking for an SEO Manager to own and scale organic growth as a core acquisition channel. You'll drive our content and technical SEO strategy, with a particular focus on programmatic and integration-led content (e.g. our 300+ "connect X to Y" pages), going head-to-head with the biggest names in the data integration space for search visibility.

Our Team: Around 30 people, fully remote across Europe. We're a highly technical team β€” even sales and marketing colleagues are comfortable writing some SQL. You'll work closely with our content, product, and engineering teams, and directly with the founder.

Product: A data platform connecting 300+ APIs to BI tools, warehouses, and AI assistants β€” solving the complexity and scale problem of keeping marketing and business data in sync across an ever-growing toolchain.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end organic acquisition strategy: technical SEO, content SEO, and programmatic/integration page SEO.
Run keyword research and competitive gap analysis against category players (Supermetrics,
Funnel.io, Fivetran, Improvado, Adverity, Stitch, Airbyte, Hightouch).
Scale and optimize our programmatic "connector" and "integration" page library (300+ source/destination combinations) for search performance.
Partner with content writers/marketing to brief, prioritize, and optimize blog and landing page content for organic intent.
Lead technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking.
Build and manage a link-building / digital PR strategy.
Define and report on organic KPIs (traffic, rankings, MQLs/SQLs from organic, conversion rate) directly to the founder.
Stay ahead of search landscape shifts, including AI-driven search (SGE, LLM citations/answer engines) relevant to a company already positioning itself for "data to ChatGPT/Claude."
Requirements

Proven track record growing organic traffic and pipeline for a B2B SaaS company, ideally in martech/data/analytics.
Strong technical SEO skills (site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, JS rendering issues).
Experience with programmatic SEO / scaled content (landing page templates, integration pages) is a strong plus.
Comfortable with SQL and data tools β€” this is a technical, data-driven team.
Hands-on with SEO tooling (Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC/GA4, etc.).
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Self-starter, comfortable owning a channel end-to-end in a small, fast-moving, remote team.
