This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to iteratively design and deliver differentiated end-to-end experiences while contributing to the maturity of our design practice.
The Senior UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through delivery and continuous optimization—and actively shapes design standards, systems thinking, and team capabilities. This position reports to the UX Design Manager.

Job Duties
  • Understand customer journeys and pain points to create intuitive solutions that solve complex problems across multiple touchpoints and user contexts
  • Contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery, prototyping, and design through delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring user-centered outcomes at every stage
  • Design holistic experiences with functional interactions, visual design, and micro-interactions that align with our design system and brand standards
  • Communicate the rationale behind every design decision, using data, research insights, and design principles to build stakeholder confidence and alignment
  • Partner with UX Researchers to champion customer-centric solutions, interpret research findings, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
  • Contribute to and leverage our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products while identifying opportunities for component creation or evolution

Establish and socialize best practices, governance standards, and processes for design documentation, asset management, and cross-team collaboration
  • Stay current with emerging trends in UX design, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, AI-assisted design tools, and technology shifts—and recommend improvements to team practices
  • Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate UX design into agile product development processes and ensure design feasibility

6+ years related UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating enterprise product work, design system contributions, and measurable impact on user outcomes
  • Proven ability to design for enterprise products, applying elegant solutions to complex, multi-user scenarios with demonstrable examples of systems-level thinking and scalable design patterns
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) for wireframing, prototyping, design system contributions, and collaborative design workflows
  • Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, design critiques, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery cycles
  • Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design recommendations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills that extend across products, platforms, and organizational architectures—identifying systemic issues and proposing holistic solutions
  • Ability to communicate design rationale effectively, presenting user experience data, design proposals, and trade-offs to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Mastery of the UX design process, including product definition, discovery, analysis, design execution, validation, and post-launch optimization
  • Fluency with design systems, including contributing components, maintaining design tokens, collaborating with engineers on implementation, and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG AA minimum)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, balancing competing priorities, navigating organizational constraints, and advocating for user needs within business realities
