Responsibilities:
  1. Develop customized solutions using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System.
  2. Code, perform unit testing, and build Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project objectives and design efficient solutions.
  4. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, resolving technical issues and enhancing functionality.
  5. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  6. Stay updated with Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  7. Have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, ideally using the Agile development technique 
  8. You will have direct and hands-on experience in working with Salesforce products
  9. Excellent communication skills across a variety of audiences and situations
  10. Ability to coach and influence internal and customer partners and project members as well as to quickly learn & adapt to new situations
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  2. Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Flows and Lightning Components.
  3. Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce environments.
  6. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are preferred
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  1. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  2. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization within Salesforce.
