About Rocket Clicks

At Rocket Clicks, we help Family Law Firms grow through focused, performance-driven digital marketing.

We are not a generalist agency. We are building the definitive growth partner for family law firms by combining deep marketing expertise, real law firm operating experience, and a disciplined approach to execution.

Our team thrives on solving hard problems, improving client performance, and building trusted long-term relationships. We care about results, and we also care about how the work gets done.

Our culture is rooted in six core values:

  • Proactive – We anticipate opportunities and act before problems arise.
  • Disciplined – We remain focused and committed to excellence.
  • Candid – We communicate clearly and directly.
  • Empathetic – We understand and respect the perspectives of others.
  • Accountable – We take ownership of results, good or bad.
  • Results-Oriented – We focus on outcomes, not busyness.

If these values resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home at Rocket Clicks!

The Ideal Candidate

You enjoy digging into financial data, solving complex business problems, and uncovering insights that drive better decisions. You're naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and look beyond the numbers to understand the story they tell. Whether you're building financial models, forecasting results, or analyzing performance, you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

You're proactive about improving the way finance operates. You embrace AI and new technologies to make analysis more efficient, strengthen decision-making, and continuously improve processes. You enjoy learning new tools, challenging existing approaches, and finding smarter ways to deliver value.

You communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence, making it easy for non-finance stakeholders to understand the insights behind the numbers. Comfortable working with senior leaders, you bring a collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and a commitment to helping the organization make better strategic decisions.

If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in here.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst to significantly elevate the level of financial analysis across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who naturally digs into spreadsheets, builds financial models, and turns complex data into clear, actionable insights.

This role will have regular interaction with senior leadership, including CEOs and business owners. The ideal candidate has done this before in a medium-sized or larger organization, understands financial models deeply, and can clearly explain results to non-finance stakeholders.

A key focus of this role is helping the finance function actively adopt and scale the use of AI in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions
  • Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs

AI & Analysis Expectations:

Candidates should be able to:

  • Describe how they have used AI tools in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or decision support
  • Bring a real example to the interview demonstrating how they used AI or advanced analysis to solve a problem
  • Show curiosity and initiative in applying new tools and approaches to finance work

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role
  • Background in a medium-sized or larger company (startup-only or purely transactional roles are not a fit)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Financial modeling
    • Forecasting and budgeting
    • Variance and performance analysis
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable building models from scratch
  • Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows
  • Strong business communication skills — able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility

Benefits

  • 10 Paid Vacation Days per year
  • 5 Paid Sick Days per year
  • 10 Paid Company Holidays per year
  • Maternity Leave
  • Paternity Leave
  • Bereavement Leave
