Podcast Analyst

Position Summary:

The Podcast Analyst is a specialized role responsible for reviewing, researching, and enhancing the podcast listings on our platform. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of podcast details, the Podcast Analyst serves as a critical component in the quality assurance process of our content. This role combines a passion for podcasts with meticulous attention to detail, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute to the elevation of podcasting as a medium.

Job Details:

• Work from home
• 5 days per week – might need to work on weekends | 12 noon to 9 PM (Manila time)
• *Following Philippine Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Podcast Review: Regularly review podcast listings to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Identify gaps or inconsistencies that require further research.
• Data Collection: Conduct in-depth research using reliable sources to fill any missing or incomplete information in the podcast listings.
• Content Enhancement: Utilize your understanding of the podcast landscape to add relevant details that could improve the listener's experience.
• Quality Assurance: Cross-check the information to ensure it aligns with platform policies and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Liaise with other departments like Content Management and Marketing to share findings and improvements.
• Reporting: Keep track of workflow and update management on the status of reviewed podcasts, including the changes made or challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

• A solid educational background to understand the media landscape. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Practical knowledge and skills in research and quality control are beneficial.
• Ability to organize and manipulate data. Training will be provided as needed.
• Capability to review, understand, and summarize complex information.
• An eye for spotting inconsistencies and filling gaps in information.
• Ability to convey findings clearly to team members and management.
