Sales Administrator & Customer Support (Remote, Philippines, Manila)

Boxgreen is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator & Customer Support to support our fast-growing B2B sales and smart vending business. This role is central to ensuring smooth B2B sales operations and handling customer inquiries via email. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to keep processes efficient and customers satisfied.

• Support B2B sales team with order processing, client onboarding, and account documentation
• Prepare and send monthly invoices to corporate clients; follow up on payments
• Respond to customer inquiries via email on orders, products, vending locations, billing, and refunds
• Maintain accurate records of B2B accounts, orders, and customer communication in Google Sheets
• Use Google Sheets/Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) to organize sales data, order logs, and customer records
• Track vending machine inventory levels and coordinate restocking with operations
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, order status, and customer inquiries
• Support ad-hoc projects related to sales operations or customer experience

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Sales administrator or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AIs
• Based near Manila or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the Manila area
