Goals:

The purpose of this role is to assist internal and external clients within the blueAPACHE account base for run-rate device, licensing and services sales.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous experience in quoting, sales support, customer service in IT or related industry.
  • You have a keen interest in technology and can conceptualise consumption models.
  • The ability to thrive in an environment where you are continually learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing customer communications and resolving issues.
  • Previous inside sales experience in an IT distributor or MSP.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or procurement portals.
  • Experience with quoting tools, procurement systems, CRM platforms, or ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cloud services, managed services, professional services, and end-user computing solutions.
  • Experience delivering customer training, demonstrations, or onboarding sessions.
  • Aptitude for sales, you are engaging, work part of a team and autonomously.
  • Experience in quoting, procurement, CRM, sales support, customer service, or IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, cloud services, managed services, procurement, and distribution channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing customer communications and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and sales team.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and Tier 1 (Enterprise) sales team.
  • Manage sales calls, provide product support including recommendations, orders status updates and manage order deliverables.
  • Raise deal registrations, work with distributors and vendors on special pricing requests.
  • Work with sales team to develop further opportunities
  • Work with sales specialist to facilitate ongoing run-rate transactions
  • Maintain product knowledge across key vendors and participate in ongoing training.
  • Assist and deal with Enterprise clients.
  • Asist BDM’s
  • Generate quotes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and Disti’s
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal sales teams and key contacts within the BA client base.
  • Manage margin within the distributors base.
  • Negotiate buy price with distributors.
  • Own and manage procurement activities across multiple vendors and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and supplier partners.
  • Manage pricing requests, procurement escalations, product sourcing, and order fulfilment.
  • Drive procurement process improvements to enhance customer and internal team experiences.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
  • Act as the operational owner of the blueAPACHE.store procurement portal.
  • Manage product catalogues, pricing, listings, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portal adoption, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate product and pricing information.
  • Support portal enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and maintain operational processes associated with the ITQ Portal.
  • Assist customers and internal teams with portal navigation and usage.
  • Monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Participate in testing, onboarding, training, and adoption activities for new portal functionality.
  • Process customer quotes accurately and within SLA requirements across hardware, software, licensing, cloud, blueAPACHE services, managed services, and general technology requirements.
  • Act as a primary owner and subject matter expert for the Epicor eFrontOffice (eFO) quoting platform.
  • Create, manage, and process customer quotations for hardware, software, cloud, licensing, renewals, professional services, managed services, and other blueAPACHE service opportunities.
  • Ensure all quotes are accurate, commercially viable, and delivered within agreed service levels.
