Team Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Client Executive with exceptional sales and relationship skills to be part of our exciting journey! This position allows for mentorship and career growth opportunities.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

This Bilingual Client Executive will act as a key client executive & partner of the sales team and is responsible for supporting customer engagement and growth in the Quebec region. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across organization. The client executive  will have the opportunity to work closely with key financial services clients and work with internal partners to help manage and growth the Transunion business in the Quebec region.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with strategic financial institution clients across Quebec, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement and account support.  
  • Responsible for day to day sales to an assigned group of clients to defend and grow revenue. In addition, works with a senior sales executive on a select group of high growth potential accounts to win net new revenue opportunities and significantly grow the business. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.  
  • Account planning and the defending of existing relationships, through the effective day-to-day management of allocated accounts in the Quebec Region. 
  • Support account planning activities and help identify opportunities to expand product adoption and deepen client partnerships.  
  • Coordinate client initiatives, including renewals, implementations, service enhancements, and issue resolution.  
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, legal, operations, analytics, and technology to address client needs and deliver solutions.  
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions with customer stakeholders.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in outbound virtual sales; full knowledge of the product line and its applications; and experience with strategic account planning. 
  • Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up, execution of commitments, and effective communication.  
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the financial services sector.  
  • Implement an account review process that ensures constant opportunity development for the sales pipeline and closing of new business and renewal of existing business.
  • Comply with relevant sales processes such as Salesforce.com.
  • Monitor own effectiveness of sales and after sales efforts in context of business plans and strategies, and recommend improvements to process and approach where indicated. 
  • Own internal administrative tasks related to Opportunity management, reporting, product/service set-up and delivery, CRM/Service Desk tickets, etc. 
  • Deliver bilingual (French and English) client communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Performs other duties as required. 

Ce poste de directeur(trice) de comptes bilingue agira à titre de partenaire stratégique clé de l’équipe des ventes et sera responsable de soutenir l’engagement et la croissance de la clientèle dans la région du Québec. Cette personne collaborera étroitement avec les parties prenantes de l’ensemble de l’organisation. Elle aura l’occasion de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des clients importants du secteur des services financiers et de s’associer à des partenaires internes afin de soutenir la gestion et la croissance des activités de TransUnion dans la région du Québec.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les relations avec des institutions financières stratégiques partout au Québec, en agissant à titre de principal point de contact pour les activités quotidiennes et le soutien aux comptes.
  • Assurer les ventes quotidiennes auprès d’un portefeuille de clients attitrés afin de protéger et d’accroître les revenus. Collaborer également avec un(e) directeur(trice) principal(e) des ventes sur certains comptes à fort potentiel de croissance afin de générer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires et d’accélérer la croissance de l’entreprise.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes des clients afin de favoriser leur rétention, leur satisfaction et leur croissance à long terme.
  • Participer à la planification des comptes et au maintien des relations existantes grâce à une gestion efficace des comptes assignés dans la région du Québec.
  • Soutenir les activités de planification des comptes et contribuer à l’identification d’occasions visant à accroître l’adoption des produits et à approfondir les partenariats avec les clients.
  • Coordonner les initiatives clients, notamment les renouvellements, les implantations, les améliorations de services et la résolution des problèmes.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment les produits, les affaires juridiques, les opérations, l’analytique et la technologie, afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et de fournir des solutions adaptées.
  • Préparer et participer à des réunions avec les clients, à des revues d’affaires et à des discussions stratégiques avec les parties prenantes.
  • Démontrer une solide maîtrise de la vente virtuelle proactive, une connaissance approfondie des produits et de leurs applications, ainsi qu’une expérience en planification stratégique des comptes.
  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs priorités clients tout en assurant le suivi des engagements, leur exécution dans les délais prévus et une communication efficace.
  • Maintenir une connaissance à jour des tendances du secteur, de la dynamique du marché et des développements réglementaires ayant une incidence sur le secteur des services financiers.
  • Mettre en œuvre un processus de revue des comptes visant à assurer le développement continu des occasions au sein du pipeline des ventes, la conclusion de nouvelles affaires et le renouvellement des contrats existants.
  • Respecter les processus de vente pertinents, notamment l’utilisation de Salesforce.com.
  • Évaluer l’efficacité de ses activités de vente et de suivi après-vente en fonction des plans et stratégies d’affaires, et recommander des améliorations aux processus et aux approches lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assumer les responsabilités administratives internes liées à la gestion des opportunités, aux rapports, à la mise en place et à la livraison des produits et services, ainsi qu’à la gestion du CRM et des billets du centre de services.
  • Fournir des communications, présentations et activités de mobilisation des parties prenantes en français et en anglais.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Candidate must be fully bilingual (English & French) and reside in Quebec. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills in both French and English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Requires 5+ years of sales or account management experience in a credit reporting or related industry plus in depth experience either in banking/insurance, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries. 
  • Ability to effectively create and execute a sales plan to gain market share and increase market penetration. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications. 
  • Experience managing strategic client relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.  
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers. 
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of TransUnion core solutions including those supported by other BU (i.e. true credit, batch). 
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, including banking and lending.  
  • Ability to act with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build client relationships, and resolve issues effectively. 

Qualifications requises

  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en ventes ou en gestion de comptes dans le secteur des agences d’évaluation du crédit ou dans un domaine connexe, ainsi qu’une expérience approfondie dans les secteurs bancaires et de l’assurance, du crédit au détail ou de l’évaluation du crédit à la consommation.
  • Capacité démontrée à élaborer et à exécuter efficacement un plan de vente visant à accroître la part de marché et à augmenter la pénétration du marché.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.
  • Expérience de la gestion de relations stratégiques avec les clients et de la coordination d’initiatives interfonctionnelles.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des clients techniques et non techniques.
  • Aptitude à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe.
  • Connaissance approfondie des solutions de base de TransUnion, y compris celles soutenues par d’autres unités d’affaires (par exemple : TrueCredit, Batch).
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur des services financiers, notamment des secteurs bancaire et du crédit.
  • Capacité à agir avec professionnalisme, discrétion et jugement.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois, à développer des relations solides avec les clients et à résoudre efficacement les problèmes.

The expected pay range for this position is $81,000 - $111,500 annually. The pay information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the 
position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable company guidance and plan documents as well as performance.
