Pride Health is hiring a Senior Strategic Communications Consultant to support our client it's a totally Remote role. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title: Senior Strategic Communications Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 20 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive and employee communications aligned with business strategy.
- Advise senior leaders on messaging, tone, and communication strategy.
- Write executive communications in the authentic voice of leaders.
- Lead communications for organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Create multimedia content including presentations, video, audio, photography, intranet, and digital communications.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, synthesis, workflow automation, and communications governance.
- Independently manage projects while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in strategic, executive, corporate, or internal communications.
- Journalism, storytelling, or editorial experience.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into employee-friendly messaging.
- Experience with change communications and senior-leader engagement.
- Multimedia storytelling experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Strong interest and proficiency in AI-enabled communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives.
- M&A communications experience.
- Employee engagement or corporate brand experience.
- Communications certification.
