Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting top talent with the right opportunities by carefully analyzing candidate profiles and aligning them with client needs. You will contribute directly to successful placements by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage processes efficiently will make a meaningful impact on hiring outcomes and overall satisfaction.


• Monthly Compensation: $1,030 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Verify candidate start dates and coordinate handoff to the Account Manager
  • Attend daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions
  • Receive, edit job requisitions, and update them in Workday
  • Analyze candidate profiles to determine suitability and alignment with client needs
  • Follow up with clients regarding job requisition status
  • Request documentation based on client needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate multi-candidate interviews
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and update their information as needed
  • Manage candidate communication via email and WhatsApp
  • Review and update candidate profiles in Workday
  • Send candidate matches to clients via Zendesk
  • Follow up on assessments and client requirements
  • Maintain candidate engagement throughout the matchmaking process
  • Update and manage internal databases
  • Review job requisitions and resumes using internal tools
  • Manage client communication through Zendesk
  • Confirm candidate availability for interviews, tasks, and schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar

• Client and candidate-facing background required

• Strong organizational skills 
• High attention to detail 

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective time management
• Strategic thinking and planning ability 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Comfortable working under pressure 
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly 
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset 
• Analytical and data-driven approach

• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Software and Tools Required: Workday, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Bloom Growth, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, GoToConnect, Zendesk, Toolbox, Copilot

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
