Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Services Coordinator to support our legal team by managing client communications, case administration, scheduling, and intake support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment.
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM CST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Average Call Scale: 45+

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain attorney and case calendars, including scheduling hearings, deadlines, and appointments.
  • Screen incoming calls and potential clients before transferring them to the intake specialist.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and relay critical case information to attorneys, ensuring they are informed and prepared.
  • Perform electronic filing (e-filing) of legal documents with courts and related agencies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal administrative, legal assistant, receptionist, or intake coordinator at a Law Firm role preferred.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and emotionally challenging case matters, including cases involving violence, crimes against children, sexual abuse, felonies, and other serious legal issues.
  • Professional maturity and emotional resilience with the ability to maintain composure when handling difficult or distressing information
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, e-filing, and case management is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Hispanic and Mexican clientele is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
