Service Technician (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Kunden, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Behandlungsprogramme
  • Durchführung von Probenahmen und Wasseranalysen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Kontrolle von Korrosionsraten und mikrobiologischen Kennzahlen
  • Durchführung von Feldversuchen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam
  • Überwachung des Chemikalienverbrauchs sowie der Lagerbestände beim Kunden
  • Befüllung von Dosieranlagen mit chemischen Produkten
  • Inspektion von Mess- und Dosiertechnik sowie ggf. Reparaturen oder Austausch von Komponenten
  • Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im chemischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst sowie fundierte Grundkenntnisse der Wasserchemie
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, konstruktive Kommunikationsweise und Flexibilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft und gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Homeoffice im zugeordneten Vertriebsgebiet (Rhein-Main-Gebiet)
