Building Scheduling Specialist Job Description: 

We are looking to hire a skilled Building Scheduling Specialist to tend to project installation schedules. 
The Building Scheduling Specialist’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to; verifying orders with clients and contractors, consistent communication of updates to clients and contractors with their schedules, and working hand in hand with the Building Coordinators throughout the installation process. 
The Building Scheduling Specialist should be able to manage a high workload, maintain consistent and effective communication with pack members, clientele, and contractor teams. 
This is a full-time remote position.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

A day in the life of a Scheduling Specialist:

• Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (on rotation, as needed)
• Working hours 8am-5pm & 7am-4pm (on rotation), for Saturdays depends on as needed not full shifts
  
• Schedule client’s based on contractor availability
• Reassure clients we are here for them, communication is key
• Set real expectations regarding site details, arrival times, live updates, etc.
• Gain ongoing building construction knowledge  
• Communicate with a variety of clients & your Packmates
• Full-time access to your motivational team
• Maintain a communicable relationship with your clients

Salary:

$8/hr+commission (negotiable, based on experience)

Plus overtime (capped based on workload need)

Plus commission (after training)
