Technical Implementation Specialist

This role reports to the Director of Client Success



Position Summary

The Technical Implementation Specialist supports client implementations through data migration, reporting, technical troubleshooting and integrations. This role sits on the Client Success team to deliver accurate, scalable solutions that improve onboarding, adoption, and long-term client success.

This position also owns data management and retention processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are early-career technical professionals who enjoy solving data and integration challenges in a client-facing environment.



Duties & Responsibilities

Data Migration & Management

  • Perform data imports, transformations, and migrations using Excel and SQL
  • Clean, map, validate, and maintain data integrity across client implementations
  • Manage data retention policies and lifecycle processes, including storage, archival, and deletion practices

Technical Support

  • Manage escalated client support tickets related to data issues through resolution
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering while maintaining ownership of communication and follow-through
  • Document configurations, workflows, and known issues to support scalability and knowledge sharing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations, coordinating with clients, Client Success, Sales, and internal technical teams (when needed)

Reporting & Customization

  • Build and customize client-facing reports using HTML templates and internal tools
  • Support custom reporting and data output requests
  • Troubleshoot report formatting and data accuracy issues

Client Success Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Success to translate client requirements into technical solutions
  • Support technical onboarding and ongoing client needs
  • Participate in client implementation and success initiatives as needed

Process Improvement

  • Follow and improve implementation workflows and operational processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve tooling
  • Support ongoing refinement of data governance and retention procedures



Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience



Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, technical support, implementations, or related roles
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy preferred



Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or Python preferred
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with APIs (REST) and system integrations is a plus

Compensation: $72-75K
