Flutter Developer - B2B

We're looking for an Intermediate Mobile Developer with strong experience in Flutter and Dart who can contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and participating in technical discussions to developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining reliable cross-platform mobile applications.

In this role, AI is a core part of your daily workflow.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective mobile solutions.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Take ownership of assigned features and technical tasks, from implementation and testing to delivery and ongoing improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to decisions related to application architecture, implementation, and user experience.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication services, third-party platforms, and device capabilities.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and well-tested components while following established coding standards and mobile development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver successful projects.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with other team members.
• Identify and resolve application issues while continuously improving performance, stability, security, and usability.
• Use AI-powered development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and research while critically evaluating and refining AI-generated output.
  

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of Flutter application architecture, reusable component development, and responsive mobile interfaces.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and working with asynchronous data.
• Experience with at least one Flutter state-management solution, such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Familiarity with local storage, caching, error handling, and offline application behavior.
• Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles and platform-specific considerations.
• Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Experience writing unit, widget, or integration tests for mobile applications.
• Ability to debug issues and improve application performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with mobile security principles, including secure data storage and authentication.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your engineering workflow, with the ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated output.
