B2B Business Consultants & Delivery*

We are expanding our network of experienced Delivery Consultants available for B2B part-time project engagements.

We are looking for professionals who can lead project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.

This is a key leadership role that acts as a bridge between clients, cross-functional delivery teams, and business stakeholders. If you are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving results, and has a passion for building long-term client partnerships, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Project Delivery Ownership – Plan and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
• Client Management – Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional delivery teams (PM, Dev, QA, BA), drive productivity, resolve roadblocks, and ensure accountability.
• Resource & Budget Control – Manage team capacity, delivery budgets, and utilization while optimizing resources for project success.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, handle escalations, and maintain delivery stability.
• Change Management – Evaluate and manage change requests, assess impact on scope and timelines, and align stakeholders.
• Delivery Governance & Reporting – Ensure delivery standards are followed and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive delivery excellence through process optimization, best practices, and lessons learned.                                                                                                                                              
  

What we're looking for: 

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or program management.
• Hands-on experience leading software delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and complex delivery environments.
• Strong technical background (ability to understand architecture, APIs, integrations and data flows).
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship management skills.  
• Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability.

Nice to Have:

• Background in software engineering, system integration, data management, and cloud.
• Certifications: PMP, PSM, Prince2, Agile Delivery.
• Experience working with global distributed teams.
