We deliver on our vision: A modern workplace where people use natural language queries to securely search, generate accurate answers, and build and deploy agents, regardless of the underlying data silos or applications.

We partner with some of the largest organizations in the world to change the way they use information and deploy secure and trusted agentic AI at scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Teamcenter Integration Engineer to help shape the future of digital engineering and product lifecycle management.

As part of our Product Engineering organization, you will lead the design and development of strategic integrations between Teamcenter and our platform, enabling some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers to seamlessly connect their engineering data, processes, and systems.

This is not a traditional development role.

You will be working at the crossroads of enterprise software, PLM, cloud technologies, and customer success, solving complex integration challenges that directly impact how global organizations manage and leverage their product data.

If you are passionate about Teamcenter, enterprise integrations, and building products that operate at scale, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Own

Teamcenter Integration Strategy & Development

  • Design, build, and evolve high-performance connectors between Windchill and our platform.

  • Develop scalable integration services using Java and .NET.

  • Leverage Windchill APIs, data models, workflows, and extension frameworks to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

  • Drive technical decisions around integration architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Help define the future roadmap of our PLM integration ecosystem.

Product Innovation

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Architects to transform customer and market needs into product capabilities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify deployment, configuration, and user adoption.

  • Contribute to the evolution of a modern cloud-native integration platform.

Customer & Professional Services Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services teams to support strategic customer implementations.

  • Participate in technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers when deep Teamcenter expertise is required.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on PLM integration best practices and technical approaches.

  • Help bridge the gap between customer challenges and product innovation.

Engineering Excellence

  • Deliver clean, maintainable, production-grade code.

  • Champion automated testing, code quality, observability, and operational excellence.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

  • Help elevate engineering standards across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building enterprise integrations between complex business systems.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
