Scheduling, Adjustments & Approval Process

  • The Operations Team is responsible for building and maintaining BCBA schedules based on the standard hour allocation per client.

  • If a client requires additional hours beyond the standard allocation, the request process is as follows:

  1. The Program Director reviews the clinical need

  2. A formal request is submitted to Operations

  3. Operations reviews and approves prior to service delivery

  • When required by the payer, the Program Director may need to complete an addendum or clinical justification report to request authorization for additional hours from the insurance provider.
