  • Evaluate decisions involving vulnerable clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Apply professional judgement to challenging case-management situations
  • Develop reference communications and service-coordination plans

Crisis Intervention & Safeguarding

  • Design scenarios involving crisis response, safety assessment, safeguarding, and mandated reporting
  • Evaluate appropriate escalation, documentation, and referral decisions
  • Apply relevant ethical and professional standards to high-stakes situations
  • Identify gaps or weaknesses in proposed crisis-response strategies
  • Produce structured reference responses reflecting real-world social work practice

  • Create scenarios involving multidisciplinary and cross-agency coordination
  • Evaluate documentation quality, information flow, and continuity of care
  • Structure complex case information into clear professional outputs

AI Evaluation & Rubric Development

  • Design expert-level evaluation tasks across social work and human-services workflows
  • Draft reference outputs demonstrating authentic professional and ethical judgement
  • Develop rubrics that distinguish experienced social work reasoning from generic textbook or policy-based responses
  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, ethical awareness, and practical relevance
  • Identify subtle reasoning errors, missing considerations, and unrealistic recommendations
  • Provide clear written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in social work, clinical social work, case management, behavioural health, child welfare, healthcare social work, or a closely related field
  • Experience as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed social worker, senior case manager, or comparable professional
