Job description

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a highly respected boutique intellectual property litigation team handling sophisticated, high-profile patent disputes.
  • Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. with a modern, flexible work environment.
  • Gain hands-on responsibility and meaningful courtroom exposure rather than being one of many at a large firm.
  • Collaborate with experienced IP litigators who have decades of success in complex patent matters.
  • Work on challenging cases involving cutting-edge technologies and nationally recognized clients.
  • Competitive compensation plus bonus potential.
  • Enjoy long-term career growth in a specialized, high-caliber litigation practice.

Location: Nationwide Remote. Work from anywhere in the U.S. with the flexibility of a modern, remote-first law firm. Hybrid arrangements may also be available for candidates near select office locations.

Note: Applicants must have 2+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking attorneys whose practice has been focused primarily on patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure as part of a broader litigation practice. Active bar license in any U.S. state required.
