Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder or Visa Transfer (H1 or TN)
  • 5+ years as a Front End UI Developer
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud)
  • Have great communication skills to convey their ideas
  • Knowledge of AWS, REACT, NODE.JS, and Redux
  • Creative eye for design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Additional Technical Requirements

  • ReactJs or Express.Js or Typescript, NodeJs, and GraphQL experience
  • Hand-on Experience with SQL and NO-SQL Databases, preferably Redux
  • Experience with AWS platform
  • Master of HTML and CSS; knowledge and experience with material design and UI frameworks
  • Expertise with frontend JavaScript Frameworks, testing framework (like Jest), and libraries
  • Must be able to work with other developers; be able to build from scratch without guidance

Job Description

As a Senior Web/UI React Engineer - eCommerce on the team, you will lead the development efforts for developing Web/UI solutions for custom eCommerce platforms. You will be part of a small and focused team, and partner with others to get the work done.

Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will collaborate with functional leaders, technology leaders, and peers. Negotiating skills will assist this candidate to ensure teams develop technology solutions that meet the needs of the business while adhering to software development best practices. The Senior eCommerce Engineer will help the Product Team drive overall scope direction, capabilities, estimations, and timeline deliverables.

  • Participate in, or lead User Story workshops to elicit requirements from key stakeholders
  • Design, prototype, develop, test, and document responsive, secure and functional software
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle including release management automation
  • Support the development team by performing code, documentation, and procedure reviews
  • Brainstorming with product managers and designers to conceptualize new features
  • Participate in daily standups and provide updates to the team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported and detected software issues
