Job description

ABOUT GMR MARKETING

We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity

NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE.

The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.

NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING.

The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.

NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS.

It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.

You will lead the day-to-day management of the Events & Venues workstream within larger integrated client programs, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution. While the broader program is managed across multiple disciplines, you will serve as the primary owner for all event and venue-related work, bringing structure, clarity, and strong follow-through to this critical portion of the program.

You will oversee all aspects of the Events & Venues workstream, including research, venue sourcing, vendor management, hospitality, contracting, permits, payments, budgets, timelines, and communications. Working behind the scenes, you will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, venues, vendors, and partners to ensure this workstream is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall program strategy. This role requires someone who is proactive, persistent, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director, you will own the Events & Venues workstream from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, approvals, deliverables, and next steps are clearly managed and communicated.
