Requirements

• 5+ years experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying
  

• Experience working on residential construction projects
  

• Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes or trade tenders
  

• Strong understanding of trade packages and construction cost structures
  

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with Australian, US, UK, or international construction projects
  

• Experience in outsourced estimating or offshore construction support teams
  

• Familiarity with metric and imperial measurements
  

• Understanding of trade packages and subcontractor pricing
  

Professional certifications (advantageous but not required):

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  

• Cost Engineering or Construction Estimating certifications
  

• Training in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), construction estimating, or project costing
  

• Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)
  

• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
