Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Fit-Out, Stone & Marble Works - Hotel project

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong expertise in interior fit-out, stone, and marble works, particularly in hotel, casino, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate must have extensive post-contract QS experience and advanced proficiency in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage post-contract QS activities for hotel and interior fit-out projects.
2. Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
3. Review subcontractor progress payments, valuations, and final accounts.
4. Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for stone, marble, and fit-out works.
5. Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
6. Prepare BOQs, cost reports, and valuations using PlanSwift and Excel.
7. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on commercial matters.
8. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant QS experience.
• Strong hotel and hospitality fit-out experience – MANDATORY.
• Extensive stone and marble works experience – MANDATORY.
• Strong post-contract QS experience – MANDATORY.
• Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel – MANDATORY.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, variations, claims, cost control, and final accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Must be available to join IMMEDIATELY. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered.
