Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Web Site Audit Specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our career site, which includes over 1,000 landing pages. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and consistency of all site elements. The ideal candidate will meticulously review each page, including links, images, videos, text, social icons, banners, menus, and other site components, to identify errors, broken elements, or inconsistencies

This is 6 months of contract remote role . Candidate should be based in Ireland



Requirements

Role Functions:

  • Conduct detailed audits of 1,000+ career website pages, reviewing content, design, functionality, and user experience.
  • Thoroughly review all existing website elements, including text, links, images, videos, banners, menus, social icons, forms, and interactive components.
  • Identify and document content errors, broken links, missing assets, layout issues, functionality gaps, and brand inconsistencies.
  • Record findings and specific improvement recommendations in spreadsheets for review and approval.
  • Recommend targeted amendments and enhancements to existing websites rather than complete redesigns or structural changes.
  • Ensure pages meet quality, usability, consistency, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with web development and content teams to prioritize and resolve identified issues.
  • Track recommendations, approvals, updates, and resolutions through completion.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail while auditing a large volume of pages.
  • Prior website auditing experience is essential; candidates without website audit experience will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of website content, usability, functionality, and design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong spreadsheet, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with structured, repetitive, detail-oriented work and focused on continuous improvement rather than unnecessary redesign.

 

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in identifying site inconsistencies.
  • Previous experience in website audits, quality assurance, or content management.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, links) is a plus.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
