We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Full Stack Engineer – Product Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong expertise across both client-side and server-side ServiceNow development, with hands-on experience in Service Portal, UI Builder, scripting, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate will work on building scalable applications and user experiences while integrating ServiceNow with external platforms and business systems. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, integration, and development skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Service Portal, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and UI Builder.
  • Build and maintain client-side and server-side scripts to support business requirements.
  • Develop and optimize solutions using GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Configure and develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
  • Configure and utilize Connection & Credential Aliases and Integration Hub Spokes for secure integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, scripting, and performance-related issues.
  • Perform debugging and root-cause analysis to resolve production and development issues.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts, workflows, and integration frameworks.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, workflows, and application components.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Development, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
  • Good experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Proven experience developing and troubleshooting REST, SOAP, and OAuth integrations.
  • Experience working with Connection & Credential Aliases and Integration Hub Spokes.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow application architecture, security, performance, and development best practices.
  • Ability to independently analyze complex requirements and develop reliable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments with structured release and deployment processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and ServiceNow platform innovation.
