We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / ADP GlobalView Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in payroll system implementation, requirements gathering, technical documentation, integration design, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ADP GlobalView Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and US and Canada payroll processes. This role will involve partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to translate business requirements into effective payroll solutions and ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements for ADP GlobalView Payroll implementations.
  • Gather, analyze, and document payroll and HR system requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to understand business processes and system needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Review and validate technical design documents, integration specifications, data mappings, and configuration documents.
  • Coordinate with external implementation vendors and ensure solutions meet business, payroll, and technical requirements.
  • Lead vendor design walkthroughs and review scope, assumptions, configurations, integrations, and delivery approaches.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
  • Ensure payroll solutions support US and Canada payroll processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential improvements in payroll solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve implementation and integration issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure requirements remain aligned throughout delivery.
  • Support deployment, transition, and post-implementation activities as required.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • 10+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Systems, HRIS, or enterprise payroll implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll is mandatory.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll-related integrations.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical specification review.
  • Good understanding of integration architecture, data mappings, interfaces, and system configurations.
  • Proven experience managing and coordinating external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Strong understanding of US and Canada payroll processes.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, technical, payroll, and vendor teams.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, governance, testing, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
