We are looking for an experienced Sell-In Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive business growth by managing strategic retail partnerships, with a strong focus on Croma. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in key account management, channel sales, and sell-in planning within the consumer electronics, appliances, mobile, or FMCG industries. This role requires a commercially driven professional capable of building long-term customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and maximizing revenue through effective account management.

As a Sell-In KAM, you will be responsible for developing business plans with key retail partners, ensuring product availability, driving sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the business relationship with Croma, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sell-in strategies to increase product placements, inventory levels, and revenue across assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, category managers, and buying teams at Croma.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, annual business plans, pricing, promotional campaigns, and trade investments.
  • Forecast sales demand accurately and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal business initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Monitor account profitability while optimizing trade spends and return on investment.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal leadership to evaluate performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, retail guidelines, and contractual commitments.
  • Prepare sales reports, business insights, and account performance dashboards for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred.
  • 5–22 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade Sales, or Channel Sales.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Croma as a strategic account is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of modern retail operations, category management, merchandising, and sales planning.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate commercial terms, and grow strategic retail partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
