Job Description

• Analyse SAP and related business data to identify data quality issues, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and monitor SAP master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance with defined standards.
• Support MDM/MDG processes, including master data creation, change, approval, validation and governance workflows.
• Perform data quality checks and support remediation of duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent or incorrect data.
• Investigate SAP data issues, identify root causes and work with business and technical teams to resolve them.
• Support SAP data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation and post-load checks.
• Work with Data Owners and Data Stewards to maintain data standards, business rules and governance controls.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports, dashboards and governance metrics for key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of master data, data governance and data management processes.
• Document data processes, procedures, standards and workflows, and provide guidance and support to end users.

Qualifications

XP Power is looking for an SAP Data Analyst to support the management, quality and governance of data across our Global SAP S/4HANA ERP environment and other key business systems. The role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency and integrity, with responsibility for SAP master data, data quality, MDM/MDG processes and data governance activities. The SAP Data Analyst will work closely with business teams, Data Owners, Data Stewards and technical teams to analyse data issues, identify root causes, improve master data processes and controls, and support SAP data migration activities including data cleansing, validation and reconciliation. The role will also support data quality reporting, governance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data is managed effectively and aligned with business requirements and organisational standards.
