Data Analyst (Financial) DO- 03052025- FTDA

Position: Data Analyst (Financial/Bookkeeping/Reconciliation)

Number of hours: 20/40 hours/week

Schedule: BST

Tasks required:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from Xerox accounting, Unleashed manufacturing procurement, Shopify, Amazon, and ShipBob.
  Perform financial analysis and
• create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key financial metrics.
• Provide insights to optimize procurement, sales, and fulfillment processes.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, or a relevant role is required
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Familiarity with data extraction, reconciliation, and manipulation fromplatforms like Shopify, Amazon, ShipBob, and accounting systems.
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
