BIG PICTURE:

Changing Lives Productions is hiring a Reporting & Data Coordinator to work directly under the Systems and Automation Lead. You will be the person who makes sure the numbers from every department arrive on time, are correct, and land in the right place.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Coordinate with department heads, including post-production, pre-production, casting, inventory, and others, to collect data on a daily, weekly, and monthly cycle.
• Enter and upload data into Google Sheets and other designated systems.
• Verify and cross-check numbers before they are reported and flag discrepancies.
• Build charts, graphs, and dashboards from collected data.
• Set up basic automation in Google Sheets and Excel using formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Create and maintain standardized report templates.
• Run a disciplined follow-up cycle so no department misses a reporting deadline.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Understanding of project management basics and process thinking.
• Meticulous attention to accuracy and deadlines; you treat reporting as important, not a chore.
• Confident, clear communication skills and the ability to politely chase people for data.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage recurring tasks without reminders.
• Prior experience in reporting, coordination, or operations support is a plus.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

Reports to the Systems and Automation Lead.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

This is a fully remote position.

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working PST hours.

Compensation: $10 to $15 /hr
