Position
Price Benowitz LLP is expanding its administrative support team to better serve our clients and internal staff across multiple jurisdictions. We are seeking an international receptionist with strong, consistent internet connectivity and excellent English communication skills to support our Washington, D.C. office.
This role is vital to maintaining our firm’s commitment to exceptional client service. The Receptionist will answer inbound calls professionally, accurately determine who the caller should be directed to, and transfer the call. If a transfer is unsuccessful, the Receptionist will promptly send a follow-up “missed call” email to ensure every inquiry receives attention. Calls may include inquiries from clients, court personnel, vendors, and prospective clients (but do not include CMT lines).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a polished and positive tone as the first point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Support administrative and client service functions as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
  • Fluent in English (C2 Level) with clear, professional phone communication skills.
  • Bilingual ability (English + another language) required.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely in a quiet, professional environment.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using phone systems, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent judgment, and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company strongly preferred.
Position Details
  • Target Start Date: August 24, 2026
  • Compensation: $8 per hour (USD)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EST)
  • Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute scheduled breaks.
