We are church-based: Compassion believes the Church is God’s chosen instrument to bring hope to a hurting world. We believe the strategic placement of local churches makes them best suited to address the holistic needs of the children in their communities. And only they can effectively deliver the Jesus-based teaching and whole-life care that children in poverty deserve. Compassion partners with 8,000+ churches in 25 countries around the world to deliver our holistic child development program. We are child-focused: Compassion’s ministry is focused on the individual child and his/her development. We offer this assistance irrespective of caste, creed, class or religion. At Compassion, we believe entire communities will feel the positive impact of our presence because what happens in the life of a child ripples throughout his or her environment. To help unlock this potential, we are looking for a Regional Alumni Engagement & Mobilization Consultant to support the development of strong, sustainable Alumni Networks across Asia.

This is a unique opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up while empowering alumni to connect, lead, serve, and create lasting impact in their communities.

  • Strengthening collaboration and knowledge-sharing among alumni across different countries

  • Developing tools, resources, and guidance materials to support long-term sustainability

  • Supporting the transition toward alumni-led networks that can thrive independently over time

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about people, leadership, and community transformation.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in community mobilization, network development, alumni engagement, movement building, or related fields

  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and leading initiatives across multiple cultures or countries

  • The ability to think strategically while also driving execution

  • Strong communication and project management capabilities

  • A genuine passion for seeing young people, churches, and communities flourish

Experience in faith-based organizations, nonprofits, church ministries, or community development initiatives would be highly valued.
