Ruvixx is looking for a resilient Engagement Specialist to join our global remote team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technology and compliance, helping businesses protect their intellectual property and drive revenue recovery. We are looking for someone with the right personality, social skills, and motivation who simply knows how to make things happen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign Management & Closing: Coordinate directly with end-users to execute anti-piracy initiatives. Navigate intense pushback to resolve complex licensing discrepancies and secure settlements.
• Relentless Follow-Up: Consistently push through ignored emails and stalled communications to force a dialogue and drive the engagement forward.
• Compliance Data Analysis: Analyze telemetry and investigation data to evaluate infringement trends and build bulletproof cases against unauthorized users.
• Lead Generation & Investigation: Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop leads and verify unauthorized usage.
• Process Optimization: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems to drive actionable reporting and workflow efficiency.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Drive, Motivation, & Personality

We want closers. You must be articulate, socially sharp, and possess a resilient personality. When faced with a roadblock, we want to know: How do you make things happen?

2. Sales or Legal Experience

You must have a proven background in Sales or Legal services. You need to know how to build a case, argue a point effectively, and handle high-stakes negotiations. (Note: Direct experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) is a massive plus, but a sales/legal background is required).

3. Location Requirement

You must currently reside anywhere in APAC.

4. Language Skills

English First: You must possess Native or Professional Business Fluency in English. You will be debating complex legal concepts, IP infringement, and compliance settlements—your communication must be articulate, polished, and persuasive.

5. Soft Skills & Technical Proficiency

• Exceptional ability to handle objections, absorb emotional outbursts from clients, and stay focused on closing.
• Comfortable using CRM software, data management tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong internet research skills for investigating unauthorized usage.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (2-year renewable agreement).
• Trial Period: All contracts begin with a 3-month trial period to ensure a mutual fit.
• Compensation: Up to $1,000 USD Fixed Monthly Salary.
• Commissions: Opportunity to earn up to an estimated $400 USD per month based on your ability to close deals and hit performance targets.
