Responsibilities

Development & maintenance

  • Develop and maintain our CRM platform (WPF application) and the internal applications and services around it

  • Work across a mix of .NET Framework and modern .NET codebases

  • Build and maintain backend Web APIs, Windows services, and Docker-hosted services

  • Participate in requirements analysis and the development of new features

Database management

  • Design, write, and test SQL changes against PostgreSQL databases

  • Follow structured review and approval processes for production database changes

  • Contribute to data model and architecture decisions

Deployment & release

  • Work within a Git-based branching and release workflow, from feature branch through QA to production

  • Support deployments across TEST/QA/LIVE environments using Docker, IIS, and ClickOnce-based release processes

  • Participate in release validation and post-deployment verification

Collaboration & communication

  • Work closely with the Team Lead, QA, and Business Analysts throughout the ticket lifecycle in Jira

  • Participate in troubleshooting and incident response for production issues

  • Document technical changes and contribute to the team's internal knowledge base

Requirements

  • Solid experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 9)

  • Experience building and maintaining Web APIs (ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core)

  • Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

  • Familiarity with Docker and Linux-hosted application deployments

  • Experience with Git-based version control and branching workflows

  • Experience using Jira or a similar issue-tracking tool

  • Comfortable working across both legacy and modern codebases

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Working proficiency in English

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Windows desktop application development and ClickOnce deployment

  • Experience with IIS and WebDeploy

  • Experience with Blazor Server or a similar ASP.NET UI framework

  • PowerShell scripting experience

  • Experience with SFTP/FTP-based data integrations

  • Experience mentoring or onboarding other developers
