About the Role

We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to own and grow our network of third-party affiliate partners. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate relationships while driving high-quality lead volume and maximizing partner performance.

You will oversee affiliate performance from onboarding through optimization, balancing partner growth with quality control, compliance, and revenue objectives. This role partners closely with Media, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure affiliate traffic delivers measurable business results while meeting DMS's quality and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of third-party affiliate and publisher partners.
  • Evaluate prospective partners for traffic quality, compliance, and business fit.
  • Negotiate payout structures, contracts, and volume commitments with affiliate partners.
  • Manage affiliate onboarding, including tracking implementation, creative approvals, and compliance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that encourage partner growth and long-term success.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to increase lead volume, improve quality, and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze lead quality metrics, including conversion rates, quote rates, bind rates, and reject rates, to optimize partner performance.
  • Adjust payouts, traffic caps, and allocation strategies based on business objectives and partner results.
  • Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud, quality issues, and compliance with company standards.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and applicable advertising regulations.
  • Collaborate with Media, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams to align affiliate strategy with broader acquisition goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate management, partner management, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing third-party affiliate or publisher relationships.
  • Experience negotiating payout structures, contracts, and volume commitments.
  • Experience working in lead generation, performance marketing, or other results-driven digital marketing environments.
  • Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers/TUNE, CAKE, Impact, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of lead distribution, lead marketplaces, or ping/post environments.
  • Experience analyzing affiliate performance and using data to optimize partner outcomes.
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated lead generation industry.
  • Familiarity with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and state advertising regulations.
  • Experience recruiting affiliates through industry conferences or affiliate networks.
  • Existing network of affiliate or publisher relationships.
  • Experience scaling an affiliate program or third-party partner channel.

Technical Environment

  • Affiliate Platforms: Everflow, HasOffers/TUNE, CAKE, Impact, or similar
  • Analytics & Reporting: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Partner Operations: Lead distribution platforms, affiliate tracking, contract management

Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Actual compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level. This position also includes an incentive opportunity, with additional details provided upon hire.
