Job description

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Analyst of Revenue Strategy and Planning to be a key contributor to the next phase of Cribl’s growth. You’ll drive analysis, develop strategies and execute programs that improve revenue productivity and increase business predictability. This is a unique opportunity to operate as a force multiplier at a high-growth company, where your responsibilities will scale with your impact.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will:

  • Optimize performance of the GTM engine - define KPIs, measure performance, and analyze data to identify trends, gaps and root causes.
  • Refine headcount and capacity planning — model current and future headcount needs across GTM functions to ensure the business has capacity to achieve growth targets.
  • Support strategic planning - collaborate with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning.
  • Leverage AI to optimize GTM operations — apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and improve the efficiency of planning and forecasting processes.
  • Surface insights to improve decision-making - design and maintain key dashboards and reports.
  • Improve data quality - identify and drive improvements to revenue data workflows.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 2-5 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations or sales finance, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a bias for action and strong follow-through on multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Builds trust and influence cross-functionally, including with senior GTM leaders.
  • Advanced modeling skills — fluent in building and scaling dynamic models on large datasets.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and how to scale efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Omni).
