E-commerce Specialist – Senior (ZR-717)

Horizon Tech is looking for someone with strong hands-on Shopify and e-commerce experience who can take ownership of the commercial performance of all three websites.

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Manage merchandising and commercial performance across all three Shopify stores
• Monitor and improve conversion rate, revenue and average order value
• Plan and execute website promotions, bundles, discounts, upsells and cross-sells
• Analyze competitor websites, pricing, promotions and customer experience
• Review Shopify and GA4 performance and identify conversion opportunities
• Improve product pages, collection pages, navigation and landing pages
• Develop and execute CRO and A/B testing ideas
• Maintain a promotional calendar across all brands
• Coordinate website campaigns with paid media, email and social media teams
• Work with developers and QA on website improvements
• Provide weekly reporting on revenue, conversion rate, AOV, cart/checkout abandonment, top-performing products and improvement opportunitie

We need someone who is analytical but also very hands-on. This should not be a purely managerial position.
