What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Dojo Leads and the Director to plan, prioritize, and confirm Dojo engagements
  • Clearly communicate Dojo offerings and services to teams, highlighting how they support team success
  • Maintain transparent and frequent communication with stakeholders regarding scheduling, constraints, challenges, and successes
  • Schedule engagements and meetings based on coach capacity and team priority
  • Coordinate hybrid experiences (in-person and remote), including room reservations, food orders, A/V setup, power sources, and other logistics
  • Continuously improve the Dojo experience for both teams and coaches by refining processes, templates, ceremonies, and ways of working
  • Organize and simplify information to ensure it is easily accessible and consumable by teams and coaches
  • Ensure coaches are well-supported with necessary resources such as team status updates, documentation, access, invites, and organized team events
  • Maintain a pipeline of upcoming teams, scheduling events to prepare them and their leaders for intake, discovery, and immersive engagements in the Hangar, provide active feedback. 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications or other related field 
  • 3 years of experience working closely with product teams coordinating and organizing events  
  • 1 year of professional experience at large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations in applied design thinking, product management, or technical roles
  • Familiarity with internal operations or event planning and marketing
  • Good understanding of technology operations

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline industry experience, including engineering / business processes and supporting technology
  • Demonstratable work experience in helping product leaders to create an environment conducive to supporting empowered product teams delivering great results
  • Experience in helping product leaders and senior leaders align priorities to the overall business goals and product strategies
  • Proven experience in building relationships with senior leaders across the organization to influence and inspire change
