Job description

Residency in Spain is required. This role is currently fully remote. #LI-Remote

At JFrog, we are reinventing DevOps to help the world’s greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including 75% of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

We are seeking a high-caliber Program Manager reporting directly to the SVP, Global Sales - New Logo, to serve as the operational backbone and strategic force multiplier for executive leadership across the New Logo Global Business.

This is not a traditional administrative role. Operating at the intersection of executive administration, sales operations, and business management, you will seamlessly oscillate between high-level operational strategy, budgeting, executive reporting, and driving the Rhythm of Business (RoB), with flawless tactical execution. Acting as a trusted extension of leadership, you will hold cross-functional teams accountable, drive sales cadence discipline, manage regional OPEX, and optimize executive time and logistics.

As a Program Manager in JFrog you will…
  • Drive Rhythm of Business (RoB) & Sales Execution: Drive team-wide adherence to key operational milestones. Respectfully but firmly push regional sales reps and account teams on behalf of leadership to ensure CRM updates, pipeline accuracy, and timely lead registration for field events.
  • Facilitate Meeting Governance & Synthesis: Utilize AI tools and transcripts to instantly synthesize core takeaways, assign clear action items, and proactively chase owners through completion.
  • Event & Team Activity Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate high-impact operational meetings (QBRs, leadership syncs, team standups).
  • Lead Event & Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordination: Partner with Field Marketing and Sales to manage regional event logistics, track sponsor deliverables, and ensure post-event lead follow-ups are executed.
  • Provide Financial Stewardship & Budget Operations: Partner with Finance to track regional OPEX allocation, conduct quarterly budget audits, and actively monitor "use-it-or-lose-it" funds (e.g., training, team events, strategy offsites).
  • Manage Travel & Expense Compliance: Enforce corporate policies by reviewing, auditing, and processing travel requests and expense reports using enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, ComBtas).
  • Optimize Executive Logistics & Timezones: Flawlessly manage complex, multi-timezone calendars for executive leadership. Protect focus time, audit weekly schedules against core strategic priorities, and prepare daily executive briefs.
  • Handle End-to-End International Travel: Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, visa requirements, ground transport, and schedule contingency planning.
To be a Program Manager in JFrog you need…
  • 10+ years of experience in a Senior EA, Chief of Staff, Program Manager, or Executive Business Partner (EBP) role directly supporting Senior Executives (VP/SVP+) in a fast-paced, matrixed tech or SaaS environment.
  • Residency in Spain (Remote position).
  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • OPEX Budget Management Experience: Hands-on experience managing regional department operational budgets, budget audits, and travel expense compliance (e.g., Concur, ComBtas).
  • Sales Operations & Pipeline Acumen: Ability to interpret pipeline metrics, inspect deal stages, and understand GTM workflows to effectively nudge team members for deliverables.
  • Modern Tech & AI Integration Skills: Tech-savvy with demonstrated experience using AI synthesis tools (e.g., Copilot, Otter, Gemini, Claude) for note-taking, action tracking, and workflow automation.
  • Advanced Calendar & Logistics Mastery: Proven capability in managing intricate, international executive calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Assertive Influence & Executive Presence: Ability to push senior stakeholders and sales teams to hit deadlines without relying on direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication with high discretion and confidentiality.
  • Anticipatory Thinking: High degree of initiative—constantly anticipating obstacles, spotting budget surpluses early, and resolving operational friction before it reaches leadership.
  • GTM Alignment (Preferred): Direct exposure to Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Success) and regional event coordination (QBRs, customer summits).
