  • Developing high-impact learning experiences and assets, including workshops, playbooks, coaching resources and digital learning

  • Collaborating across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations and other business leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into practical, role-based learning

  • Measuring and evaluating enablement effectiveness using learner feedback, behavioural observations and sales performance metrics

  • Leveraging enablement technologies and AI to personalise learning experiences and improve programme scalability

This role is a fit for you if

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development or a related commercial enablement function, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
