Job Description:

Job Responsibilities**

* Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the OMS IRIS system in alignment with BP requirements and industry best practices.
* Provide technical and functional assistance to users of the OMS IRIS system, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs related to OMS IRIS, promoting effective system utilization.
* Participate in crisis and emergency response activities, utilizing OMS IRIS for information management and reporting.
* Assist in managing exercises and drills, leveraging OMS IRIS for planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
* Apply principles of Human Performance to enhance user interaction and data integrity within the OMS IRIS system.
* Contribute to risk management processes, utilizing OMS IRIS for hazard identification, assessment, and control measures.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting and classification of incidents and events within the OMS IRIS framework.
* Advocate for best practices in personal safety, driving and transport safety, and project and construction safety through effective use of OMS IRIS.
* Support health risk management initiatives, leveraging OMS IRIS for data capture and analysis.
* Promote sustainability awareness and action through the effective use and reporting capabilities of the OMS IRIS system.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience with OMS and BP requirements.
* Demonstrated understanding and application of Agility core practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience in crisis and emergency response scenarios.
* Knowledge of driving and transport safety principles.
* Familiarity with health risk management methodologies.
* Understanding of Human Performance principles.
* Strong industry knowledge and advocacy skills.
* Experience in managing exercises and drills.
* Commitment to Personal Safety.
* Familiarity with project and construction safety standards.
* Proficiency in reporting and classification processes.
* Solid understanding of Risk Management principles.
* Experience or knowledge of search and rescue response protocols.
* Awareness of sustainability principles and actions.
